I just signed up with them last week, and I am very happy with my choice. My site loads fast all day long, which is nice, because with my last host at certain times of the day my site was slow. I don't know much about sites, and they walked me through everything over the phone, which was a nice touch.

I have hosted various websites with your company and I have always been impressed by the service you give and the value for money. Support is great and very quick to help if there is a problem, but I've never had any major problems, just the occasional thing that you would get with any hosting environment, the difference with you is that you solve any problems quickly as you have your own datacenter. The customer forums are such a friendly place, the best I've seen for any webhost, and they are a real plus to the whole experience of hosting. I would definitely recommend you to anyone who is looking for value for money hosting with a webhost they can trust to take care of things quickly.

Tahoe Web Service rescued me from the pit of Internet Hosting Hell. I was with another hosting company and they tried to migrate my site to their new platform, and that's when my entry into hell officially took place. The migration didn't work and cut off all my email. I had to wait over one hour each time I called technical support and each time I called, they promised me that they would solve the problem, but each time it got worse and worse. Finally, my whole website went down and when I called to find out what was going on, come to find out they had a different account holder on record for my account!! They had given my account to someone else! I was furious! Enter Len at Tahoe Web Service. He figured out what my situation was and showed me how to transfer my domain over to Tahoe Web without even talking to my old host!! WITHIN 24 HOURS MY DOMAIN WAS ACTIVE ON THAOE WEB!!! I was seriously panicked that my old host had given my account to someone else--I couldn't even access my own account anymore!! If it hadn't been for Len, I really don't know what I would have done. I'm so grateful to the people at Tahoe Web Service for providing REAL customer service--something that the big companies promise to do but don't. Don't be fooled by companies that offer cheap hosting--It's not worth it! When there are problems, you want a company that knows what its doing and has its act together. These guys are that company.
